CUCKOO has no player account to delete. You can remove local game data and contact us about information processed online.
Delete local data on Android
Open Android Settings → Apps → CUCKOO → Storage, then choose Clear storage/Clear data. Menu names vary by device. This removes local progress, preferences and the game's installation identifier. Uninstalling the game also removes its local app data, but system backups may later restore a copy.
Delete local data on iPhone or iPad
Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) → CUCKOO → Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data, so use Delete App for local removal. Check iCloud or device backup settings separately if you also want to remove backups.
Ask us to review or delete online data
Email info@ankamarc.com with the subject “CUCKOO privacy request”. Tell us whether you use Android or iOS and which information you want reviewed or deleted. If relevant, include the approximate date, time zone and room code or a previous support message. Do not send a password, identity document, advertising identifier or payment information. We will explain what information we can locate and what can be deleted, and handle the request under applicable law.
What deletion does and does not cover
We cannot remotely erase progress stored only on your phone. Online room state is temporary, but operational/security logs and support messages can remain for their relevant purpose or legal obligation. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons; we will explain applicable limits when responding. Google manages data it processes for advertising under its own policies and controls.
Change advertising choices
Use the advertising privacy option in the game's Settings when available for your region. You can also manage Google's advertising privacy settings and your device's privacy controls. Withdrawing consent changes future eligible processing; it does not automatically erase records already processed lawfully.
